Shipping & Refund Policies

Shipping

We offer FedEx Ground Shipping at a flat rate of $10 for 2-5 day shipping. We currently ship within the continental US. Any orders shipping outside the country – and within the continent – will need to be placed over the phone and be subject to higher shipping and handling fees.

Refunds

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase of a genuine Color Edge product, you may return the unused portion of the product to us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or exchange. Monetary refunds are not available.

Not every case is the same. We review every return request and determine the best approach to maintain ease of use for all parties. However, we generally abide by the following conditions:

• Method of Refund: No monetary refunds. We offer exchanges at or below the value of the product that was purchased.
• Product  Condition: If the case involves returning a product, we expect the product to have minimal to no use. A customer may not use a majority of the product and submit a request for a replacement.
• Additional Charges: The customer will not incur any additional charges unless they have ordered the wrong product – in which case it is up to the customer to return the product at their own expense.
